Wattle&Loop is a Melbourne based craft business that sells Slow-Stitching Kits to sewers crafters and quilters around the world.
After a slow start with few online orders they approached us to work with them on redesigned their landing page and online advertising campaigns to target millions of potential customers around the world.
The first step we took was to redesign the Wattle&Loop website to increase their conversion rate. To do this we concentrated on creating trust with their audience and making the purchasing process as easy and secure as possible.
Next we concentrated on their Facebook and Instagram advertising, and in partnership with our dedicated Facebook account manager we created, tested and optimised campaigns until we had identified the best cost per acquisition campaigns.

When they made the decision to sell their expansive product range online they needed a solution that would integrate with their current enterprise management systems as well as provide a seamless experience for their customers.
Working with their IT team and external software providers we customised an eCommerce solution that allowed online orders to be processed in the same way as existing wholesale orders and their inventory management system to be updated in real time.
